Have you checked whether you have set the Shipping Zones in the Shipping tab under Woocommerce Setting?
You have to add shipping zone first, only the the Shipping Address in the checkout form will appear.

Never mind, I know what went wrong and how to fix it.
IF you ever used Wordfence security plugin before using Security Ninja, then
1. Reinstall Wordfence
2. Go to the Wordfence ‘options’ page.
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom where you’ll find “Remove all Wordfence data if the plugin is disabled”.
4. Check that box and hit “save”.
5. Then go to your Plugins menu and disable Wordfence and remove it.Forum: Plugins

I am facing the same problem.
The first time I installed it, it have Read More but it is fine because it direct me to the Product Bundle details which user can see what is in it.
However, this time when I clicked on Read More it Add Product instead.

Hi, I forgot the password to login to your support site..but anyhow I manage to know why. All I have to do is to Enables the option to skip the final review page.
Why is that? If I disable it, it will give 404 page. Did I have to change Paypal setting or something?
As at the moment I will just Enables the option to skip the final review page.

Hi, same problem with me but instead cart page it redirect me to 404 page. I have post a ticket too.
Hi, another solution is if you do have security plugin such as All In One WP Security or alike, disable first the Firewall features and try to connect Jetpack again . It works for me.
