I have disabled all additional plugins and tried again, but keep shows the same, except of woocommerce and google for woocommerce

My Google ID already connected with merchant, google ADs and google business as shown in below image

However my google business is not verified yet as my business is online and i dont think so that have anything to do with Authorize Token

Indeed there are more than 2 pages. and that is where the problem lies.

you can not filter Open & Close tickets seperately.

I can not understand, why you diverting my query? while this is straight forward.

You already have that option on admin panel.

Your response does not actually answers the issue.
The option you are referring is about to only display close ticket on front end or hide close ticket for support user.

However i am saying there is NO FILTER for Support User to Filter down OPEN & CLOSE tickets. Like it is in the backend (admin panel)

The 401 error you are getting is because you are using basic auth even though your website is not secure (does not have https).

The solution in postman is to use OAuth 1.0. Just add the consumer key and consumer secret and send the request.
