Thank you for the response, what I am expecting is to not see the VAT tax column at all instead of it showing $0 tax. I had contacted Avalara support for the same and they replied with:

As per checking with our internal team, we have received an update that the WooCommerce UI is adding the additional tabs when connected to AvaTax Plugin.

AvaTax does not make any changes in the WooCommerce UI, Avalara calculates the taxes based on the tax settings.
