@nsjana Have to switched to the default theme like srtorefront or twenty twenty.If not then please do and let me know the situation.

@th87tran I think Then You should debug the code what is actually happening in the code. Then you will be able to find the actual problem.

@saens I think some of your plugins are currently not fully compatible with the WooCommerce.So for this can you please deactivate all the plugin except the woocommerce and try to activate them one by one. Then you will be able to find the conflicting plugin.

Hello @th87tran, Have you also updated the theme also. I think you have uplaed the them that’s why all chnages which you have done in that have been flush out.

@louisapple First install the SSL on your site. Then you will be eligible to add the SSL on your website.When you completed the installation of the SSL then you can add this into your website.

I think there must some plugins which are conflicting with woocommerce functionality.So for the debug purpose you can disable all the plugins except the woocommerce and try to switch on the default theme like the storefront and then try to check to your issues.
