In reply to: [YASR - Yet Another Star Rating Plugin for WordPress] Not saving the voteI have similar problem. The stars are not responding. When I modified JS and set readonly to false then the rating is not saved. Why is that read only?

In reply to: [Open WordPress SEO] Plugin pulled from the WP repository?I have no idea why, but all my plugins were removed from www.ads-software.com. The email address I used in my profile was not working for several months due to configuration issue. Perhaps the reason was sent there. Anyway, I will not publish plugins here anymore.
Releases of free plugins and themes will be appearing here soon:

In reply to: [Open WordPress SEO] Migration from SEO Ultimate PROHello,
at the moment no import/export functionality of plugin settings or data has been implemented. It is reported as an open issue in GitHub. Time will see when someone has time to implement it.
However, I will add a comment about support for also migrating from other plugins as easily as possible.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Text Effect Shortcodes] Marquee speedHello!
Sorry for the late reply. In the current version of the plugin it is not possible to change the marquee scrolling speed. But because you asked I will add the option to development backlog.
It will be most probably available in the next version.
Best regards,
Moki-MokiHello,
in my opinion if you use Brotli compression you should not use another compression method on top of it. I am not sure about the details, it may be that only single one of them is utilized if you try to enable both of them.
Turn Gzip compression off if you use Brotli.
If someone has different info/opinion/viewpoint I’m glad to hear it.

In reply to: [Open WordPress SEO] Prevent item type from being crawled?Hi,
currently the only way to prevent an item appearing in search results is to go to Open WordPress SEO -> Advanced (tab) -> Exclude items, and give the ids of the items that will be set to robots noindex, which tells the spiders to ignore the page.
Image files are included in the “image-sitemap.xml” the plugin creates. So the search engines are aware of the pics, but other media is not included either in sitemap.xml not in image-sitemap.xml.
This is something that we could look into on upcoming releases.
Hope this helped you!
BR,
Moki-MokiIf your server and Apache installation has not active mod_deflate there is not much the plugin can do for you. I recommend a little tech adventure with your setup. Sorry.

In reply to: [Text Effect Shortcodes] text soundHello!
It is an intriguing idea, however sounds are not planned to be included in this plugin. Unfortunately you will have to use some other plugin (which I think does not exists). Perhaps you can code it by yourself or pay someone to do it.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Open WordPress SEO] Error or Bug?Hi,
thanks for the report. This sounds like a bug. Seems PHP’s levenshtein calculation can’t handle very long words.
I will create a fix for this when I just have time for it.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Open WordPress SEO] Please add Multilinguage Support to SitemapOk, I will take a look into this issue. Support for the plugin sounds like a reasonable feature.

In reply to: [Enable Gzip Compression] Plugin broke me CSS displayingSounds weird, as for most sites the CSS is also compressed succesfully.
It must be something specific to your hosting setup. Unfortunately I don’t have an idea what could cause that.
If there will be more reports of this behavior we could narrow down the possible reasons.
Can you please report what kind of hosting you have? Shared host, virtual private server, or some other? What other plugins you have activated?

In reply to: [Enable Gzip Compression] not working mod deflate not active?Depending on your server setup there is only so much the plugin can do for you. Try to enable the support for compression first, then you should be able to use Enable Gzip Compression plugin like it’s meant to.
