We currently have no problem with any installation and our test could not reproduce the problem.
There are a few reasons why your issue may occur. This can be influenced by the browser version, but also by installed Browser add-ons. Also, which WordPress version you are using.

We suggest that you update your browser to the latest version without add-ons and check whether the issue still exists. If this is the case, check your WordPress configuration.

We are happy to install your form on our test instance to ensure that your form is error-free. To do this, export the JSON and send it to our office email.

Hi,
in the plugin tab you can find a troubleshooting tab.
Please use that to control your mail config.
if you can recieve from there the plugin should send as well.
You can use tzhe plugin POST SMTP to have a better control of your mail config in WP.

Please explain what your specific first issue is. We understand that you have a lot of sections, but you also write that it works. You may need to break it down into multiple steps.

For the second issue, you can hide the button in the CSS. You can use the browser inspector to find the template and CSS used.
Otherwise, it will be difficult because the logic of the form requires the user to go back, and the form accordingly keeps the filled out fields. This is also the user’s learned process. Under UX criteria, it could be a issue.

we tested the Form in your fronted of the provided link. To submit was working and displayed that the form will send.
If there is still a problem, then it could be that you need to config your wp mail function. You can also test your form in the backend with the troubleshooting option of the plugin.
