Yeah. I agree. Read the instructions, backup, and test before just hitting delete all. Also, it you can specify to move the trash. Basically, it works and you need to be aware of anything that deletes. Take precautions and this will help clean up and remove wasted space in your media library.

I’m having the same problem. Also, how do I delete templates? For some reason there are 5 X Responsive Starter’s and I didn’t clone them. I don’t see an option to delete any.

Anyone find a solution?

I figured out my problem. Basically, it was woocommerce wishlist. Somehow it was creating wishlists for bots and the table grew to over 1million records in the course of a few months. It really bogged the server down whenever trying to do a complex function.

I cleaned the table and required login for wishlists. Seems to be working so far…

Have you tried deleting wp all import?
