I was able to resolve the GA4 issue but Universal Analytics is not tracking data, I believe due to the following:

Default URL: [DISPLAYS AN OLD URL]

In Google Analytics, UA – we have updated the default url:

Admin > Property Settings > Default URL

And in:

Admin > View Settings > Default URL

Yet in AIWP, General Settings – the Universal Analytics dropdown displays:

oldurl.com > All Website Data

I have cleared cache, removed and reinstalled plugin etc – it still displays the old URL, and is not tracking any data in Realtime or otherwise.

Actually, I ever added another administrator and it doesn’t show for them either! So confused.

Hi,

I’ve already recreated it 3 times and the same exact thing keeps happening.

I fixed this by uninstalling WordPress and starting again.
I think it was due to an issue I was having connecting via FTP which was stopping and starting upload to live and some files may have only partially uploaded.
