I got the menu thing to work, but when i look at it on phone/mobile it still shows all the pages in the menu but it doesn’t on PC, why would that be?

also i can’t figure out how to make the menu to put on the footer. every time i make a page for the bottom footer it puts it on the top menu and i can’t take it off.
