Hi. No. Setup only asks for Mautic username and password, not keys.

I updated the plugin and re-saved the channel ID in Integrations. There is still no subscribe button, even after clearing cache.

I was referring to the subscribe button, but maybe I was wrong. Were you saying that it works for YouTube videos now in the free version, as of recently in a new update?

But then again, you mentioned that that feature will only work on BunnyCDN or another integration, right? Those integrations would be available in the Pro version.

Hi. Yes. That screencast is the mobile version. Look to the left of the time. You see that tiny thing that you can tap and move through time in the video? Did you try using it? It’s impossible to go to a particular point of time in the video. It’s too small. That’s the problem number 1.

As for 2: It allowed me to enter the channel ID and click save for some reason. It did not say “Pro” in that section for some reason. If that’s supposed to be Pro version only, then the problem’s solved as long as I have the free version.

So the only remaining problem is problem 1. Thanks.

Thanks. You need to check Problem 1 on a mobile device in portrait orientation. Your screencast is from a desktop computer. There is no problem on desktop.

Problem 2: Solved.

Problem 3: Pro options are marked with “pro”. That option is not. It lets me enter the channel ID and save it. The channel ID is correct. Now, as in a minute ago, when I go to settings, the Integrations tab doesn’t work. The others do work. Performance shows options, and so does General.

I’m a potential buyer of the pro product. That all depends on whether problems with the free product can be resolved.

I’m using the FREE version. I never said I had the pro version. Why are you pretending that I did?

Yes. I deactivated Phastpress because it was supposedly lazy loading even with that feature turned off and replacing images with its own URLs. I found out that Bricks doesn’t lazy load unless you made the page with Bricks. With no lazy loading at all, I still had the same problem with the video. Right now, I’m letting LSCache lazy load.

Hi again. I’m not seeing the thread here, but I found your reply in email. I changed the video link, replacing “watch” with “embed”. On some browsers, nothing happens when I hit the play button. On others, I get: “An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: QNYrlKAft0JQrnPV)”

The lazy load is coming from the theme. I did accidentally have Phastpress image lazy loading on until last night. Maybe the code is different now. By the way, which tags are you referring to? And what is “link of conversion?” What should the code look like? Here’s what it looks like now.
