In reply to: [Neve] Updating failed (could not update neve_meta_sidebar)Same exact problem. Please look into what causes the issue in the first place. This is just a pre-made Neve site that came with the theme. Thanks.
Hi. Not resolved. I got busy. I created new test user meta fields, and they’re not showing in RegistrationMagic, even after clearing cache and cookies in browsers and clearing all caches in WP.
Background info: I had RM integrated with ProfileGrid earlier, but I uninstalled ProfileGrid. I just need a form for users to edit one specific field for each form. Then, that field value becomes content on their page so that they don’t lose important URLs. That’s it. BTW RM says you can output user fields on a page, but I’ve seen no documentation that explains how to do it.

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Great Plugin. One Question.Thanks. Didn’t work. I found another plugin that changes user meta anyway. Much more compact. This one could come in handy later, though.

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Great Plugin. One Question.Yeah. It’s an experimental page at https://www.youcanbepsychic.com/supreme-squad-video-chat/. I might be able to style it in Thrive Architect. That’s what I’m using. The form’s in either a text field or a text field within a content box.
For some reason, it worked for a user I created today. Checking a box didn’t uncheck another one. I was also able to add new permissions to existing users.
Hi. I click on SES full access, then I click on SNS full access. The checkmark for SES unchecks. It’s only one at a time allowed.
Another issue: SES thinks I live on the US east coast for some reason. I live in Arizona. Then it said “global” and now I don’t know what region it thinks I’m in.
Thanks. That could take care of question 1. I can try some creative rig based on that. Someone last night showed me that webpage, too. Looks promising.
Thanks. I might have to install Mailster and try that out.
Hi. I’m paying monthly for this service, which includes tech support. Anybody home?

In reply to: [Customizr] I can’t get rid of the demoHi,
Thanks. I found a workaround. I might not use the theme. It doesn’t customize default text, and the deal breaker is that this theme disses laptop users by not having scroll down arrows.

In reply to: Really? WordPress Does Not Allow Paypal Buttons?OK. Thanks for that. After a bunch of fruitless rounds with Paypal tech support and playing a big “beat the clock” game, and after not being warned that WP will strip out half the code in a Paypal button so that users are merely directed to Paypal’s homepage when they click the button, it’s not too hard to come to the conclusion that some rage is expected. I was beyond pissed off. Luckily, I figured out a workaround using Paypal’s direct email link. I’m sorry if previous posts were overly harsh. Thanks for volunteering. I must ask that we use WP users not be babied. Some people who webmaster for clients want their clients to be babied, but let them be the ones to tell their clients “don’t add code.” They should not ban me from adding code to my own site. Thanks.

In reply to: Really? WordPress Does Not Allow Paypal Buttons?Let people create their own websites. Is that too much to ask?
