I just realized that the second paragraph above does not make sense. Let me try that again.

I would like to add another blog or 2. The blog I currently created and host is titled for example blogdomain1.com. The addional blogs would have different domains. For example: blogdomain2.com and blogdomain3.com. There is no issue for me to configure or setup different domains.

Hello all… not much activity on this topice in a while however, the issue still exists.

I am guessing there is something else going on here with regards to no emails being sent from the blog when someone ads a comment.

1. Is there some setting within WordPress I need to make in order to tell it what mail server to send from?
2. Is there some setting in PHP I need to make to setup a mail server?
3. Is there some setting in MySQL I need to make to setup a mail server?

I figured as the page was on www.ads-software.com that it would be comprehensive. My mistake.

I thought my question was clear. I was merely asking if installing the update would cause issues with my theme. Not quite sure how to make it any cleare.

However… question solved. As the auto update continues to fail, I manually updated to 2.7.1. It realy is quite easy (even though the comprehensive backup instructions are quite vague). And guess what?? The theme continues to work just fine.

Version 2.7. That is exactly how I have it configured already. There must some setting somewhere to tell it how it should send, like what email server etc.

I checked their originally prior to posting my question. It is already checked and I am not receiving any emails when comments are left so I was wondering if there is some other setting that needs to happen.

I don’t have the blog setup for people to register and for now have elected not to. I just want to receive email notification when someone has left a comment so I don’t have to check the blog daily.

Appreciate the short but sweet answer Saurus. I already looked in the Dashboard as I figured that is where I should find it. However, I didn’t which is why I posted the question. Sure would appreciate a little more meat to your answer.
