I Rechecked options in the reading and writing settings and there is not a setting that removes the first sentence from a blog post. I am combing thru the codex just to make sure but, I do not think it is a WordPress setting. This is gonna be a pain, but I think your next move should be to deactivate ALL your plugins one by one. :-P. If you still are having the same issue after all your plugins have been deactivated, we can rule out a plugin as the problem. Sometimes its the last plugin you expect that is giving you the problem, and some plugins don’t work together very well either.

What specifically is missing from your customizer? What theme are you using? This can have an effect on the content of the customizer.

Also, you need to use a different email for the account you want to make inactive (since you can’t really delete an account) than the one that you are using for your active account. You can only use an email account ONCE on this site.

Ah I see. My apologies. Do you still see the following text at the top of your profile:
“There is a pending email address change to” followed by your NEW email address?

Do you mean your www.ads-software.com account on this site? If it is on this particular website (www.ads-software.com) all you need to do it click on your account name at the top right hand corner of the page. A drop down menu will appear. Select “Edit my Profile”. This will take you to a new page. If you scroll down to “email” there is a tiny link on the right that says “edit”. Clicking on that should allow you to change your email address.

Is this something that you just noticed today? If so, have you changed any settings or updated any plugins on your site?
