In reply to: Error after upgrade to 4.1I have tried to reinstall, but the problem still persist. I have tried to isolate the problem by using several installations of wordpress, and the problem seems exist only at WordPress installations installed in sub-folders of website root.
Any thought?

target="_blank"on your HTML source.Try to deactivate the plugin, delete the plugin files, clean your database, and reinstall the plugin again.
The only thing you can do right now is by updating your linked url one-by-one/manually from post edit screen.

In reply to: [Page Links To] SEOGoogle does its job based on url. By using this plugin, the original url is void and changed to the new one inserted into the option. As long as there is no duplicated post/page somewhere else, you have nothing to worry about.

The problem seems happen due to the incompatibility of this plugin to custom plugin url/path. The author needs to correct how the plugin defines the url/path:
