In reply to: [Simple History – Track, Log, and Audit WordPress Changes] Other Logged outThanks for getting back to me @eskapism , it’s no big deal, it’s just that we don’t know who ‘other’ is and it makes my client worried.
If you think it’s worthwhile I’d be happy to create a staging copy of the website for you to play with? Otherwise no worries I’ll just put it down to one of lifes great mysteries
Aha excellent! the time of the manual log entry is almost upon us! ??
Thanks for all your efforts, it’s a great plugin ??
Aha thanks, I thought I’d done that but I’d only done it in the Ecwid admin, not in the WordPress Ecwid admin.
I made the change now in the development version which will go live soon, thanks again!
Perfect thanks Makfruit, I have done all that now and I’m sure it will be resolved now, many thanks indeed ??

In reply to: [Ecwid by Lightspeed Ecommerce Shopping Cart] wysiwyg error from EcwidHi @makfruit, thanks so much for getting back to me. I wasn’t able to duplicate the issues myself, only the error.
Just to be sure I’ve installed a completely fresh version of WP and have done it the standard manual way, without any launcher. My local server is a Synology server.
The same issue appears on Siteground servers, so I assume it is not specific to the server environment – but I could be wrong.
My client confirms that when Ecwid is disabled then the WYSIWYG functions as normal.
I can give to a copy of the site if you want to troubleshoot it?
Thanks, there are no caching plugins used on this site and none by the server (as far as I know). If I change any other field such as ‘Best selling products description’, ‘Best selling products columns’, ‘Best selling products to display’ or the ‘”View more” url’ the changes are saved and work immediately.
It’s only the ‘Best selling products title’ that doesn’t work.
I’ll renew the licences and see if it fixes it. Thanks for your help anyway, I appreciate it ??
Thanks for getting back to me Earl,
Correct text in edit mode
Yes, I’m using the plugin that lets me change the change title, however the title I entered is not what is showing
Indeed there seems to be an issue with adding images via the wysiwyg on this forum, the urls are correct, I checked before posting.
I will try adding them as links:
customizer mode – looks as it should
The live site is displayed differently!Ok great thanks for clearing that up Chris ??
Thanks for getting back to me Chris, I thought ‘Logged In User Tracking’ refers to tracking a User-ID. Which is on the highest plan only, but maybe I’m wrong then! I’ll risk it and try the paid plan. Thanks again
