I will have to enable access logs for the load balancer and take a look after we have some data.

In the meantime is there a way to blacklist specific articles from appearing in the ranking?

Actually, scrap that I got mine working fine. You can just create a second application with the same domain name for your other blog.

Same problem, the plugin doesn’t seem to be compatible with multisite installs of wordpress.
