Reindex does not work

  • Good afternoon

    I have a problem with “Reindex table”. I press the “Reindex table” button. After this process, I see exactly what the products in the index are zero. Tell me, what’s the problem and how can it be solved? Thank you in advance for your reply.

    Hello,

    First of all enable WP_DEBUG and look for errors that can be displayed.

    Than before click on ‘Reindex table’ button open browser dev console ( most common it is F12 key ). Click on Network tab -> XHR and when you start to reindex there will appears new admin-ajax.php event. Click on it -> Response and look here for some errors.

    I can open this dev console, but I do not know the code and I can not find errors in this code. Tell me please, what should I do in such case? How to solve this problem?

    Just follow the instructions that I wrote.

    Open dev console -> network tab -> xhr. Than start to reindex. Than find admin-ajax.php event that appears just after you start to Index table.

    If you syill has some problems you can give me, for example, access to the admin screen and I will try to solve the issue by myself.
