The latest update fixed the issue with user roles disappearing after being edited on subsites. So that’s one thing down. There’s still a big issue I’m facing but I’ll open a new ticket for that.
Well, I tried disabling all the plugins (except for UM) and editing the Member role. I want the users with that role to auto be redirected to the home page instead of the user page. But same issue when I saved the role after editing: name of role disappeared and was removed from any user that had that role.
Note, I am using the multisite feature of WP, and the site I am having this issue with is the subsite. I haven’t tested it on the main site, don’t want to mess up the main site and have to restore backups. Tired of having to restore backups for the problems this plugin has been causing.

In reply to: [Cue by AudioTheme.com] Fantastic But Not UpdatedI’m glad to hear it’s not being abandoned. I definitely want to use it and would like some help. Unfortunately, the inability to change the editing mode isn’t the only issue. Now, I can’t save a page that has Cue shortcodes on it. It just sits there and says Saving endlessly and I’ve lost content by having to reload the page. I have to deactivate the plugin to save the page now.

In reply to: [SearchIQ - The Search Solution] Page Search Results without ImagesSOLVED: Pages were created using Visual Composer, and since the page content was enclosed in short-code, searchIQ was unable to index it. Fixed by adding hidden divs after short-code with page text.

In reply to: [Ajax Search Lite - Live Search & Filter] Invisible Category OptionsAdded it to the page using VC, and it looks great. All the category text shows up and fits just right. Thanks so much for the help!

In reply to: [Ajax Search Lite - Live Search & Filter] Invisible Category OptionsThanks for the quick response!
It does appear to be a CSS issue, since using the Inspect feature in Chrome does show each category text string exists, even though none show up otherwise. Looks like they’re being pushed outside of the box, to the right instead of the left of the scrollbar.
The site is locked to the public since it’s for employees, but I’ve opened up the page I’ve been testing the plugin on. It’s: https://my.ramjack.com/test-search-page/. I’ve also disabled any items from being searched (just for privacy concerns).
