thanks for your reply. The problem is a little bit complicated. I integrated Contact Form with Mailchimp for WordPress. There is the option, to uncheck the checkboxes, but then the customer can put his email into the form and click on Send without checking the checkbox. So there is no error, even when the checkbox isn’t marked.
I hope you understand the issue.

you have to mark off the bulk discount manually. If you have, like me, the bulk discount in the descriptions, then you have to take it off there, too.
Otherwise the discount you‘ve give to the product would be in the bulk discounts, too.

thanks for your advice. I understand what you mean, but the general tax row for Croatia is declared with 19% too. Why did the system calculate with 0%?
And why is woocommerce creating hundreds of new lines automatically with the same details (19%, but calculating with 0%)?

today again i got two orders from croatia. One was from zagreb (it went well), but the other one was again from another city, which didn’t work.

I am attaching two new pictures of my tax rates. You can see, that there were again automatically created lines, which are all the same and doesn’t work, even there is written 19%.

Like you can see there is one line so often ( this is the city from the last order, which didn’t work, although there is written 19% it was calculated with 0% tax). This lines were created automatically from woocmmerce. At the beginning i just made one line for Croatia (HR with 19%).

I give you two adresses, which didn’t work from croatia for testing:

Zagreb is the only city from croatia, where i don’t have any tax issue.

ich habe in der Tat die selbigen API Daten in einer Klon Seite, die ich mit dem Plugin WP-Staging erstellt hatte, verwendet.
Jedoch habe ich das Plugin samt Unterordner restlos entfernt. Kann ich irgendwo auf der Developer Seite von Paypal nachschauen, wo meine API verwendet wird und sie ggf dort deaktivieren?

ich bekomme diese Mail genau 1x t?glich. Ich kann leider gar nicht zuordnen, worum es hier geht?

Ich muss leider hier nochmal was reinschreiben, da tats?chlich der Fehler noch besteht. Ich konnte es nun aber eingrenzen und wei?, dass es nur bei der Gutscheineingabe im letzten Schritt der Kasse auftritt(mehrstufige Kasse g?nn germanized).
Wenn man den Gutschein zuvor in den Schritten oder im Warenkorb eingibt, wird der Gutschein problemlos übernommen.

Das komisch ist jedoch, dass auch im letzten Schritt der Gutschein im Shop akzeptiert und der Betrag auch gekürzt wird. Nur bei Paypal steht dann doch der alte, h?here Betrag.

die Meldung erscheint bei mir im Shop. Der Kunde oder auch ich selber, wenn ich den Zahlungsvorgang aus dem Backend über den Link nachstellen m?chte, gelange nicht auf die Paypal Seite.
Also es findet gar keine Weiterleitung statt, sondern nur der zuvor erw?hnte error auf einer Seite meines Shops.

Gibt es hier Neuigkeiten? Ich stehe vor dem selbigen Problem, dass bei einigen meiner Kunden, die Fehlermeldung auftaucht. Auch wenn ich über das Backend auf Kundenbezahlungsseite klicke, erscheint nur folgende Fehlermeldung: “Diese Bestellung kann nicht bezahlt werden. Bitte kontaktiere uns, falls du Hilfe ben?tigst.”

Ich kann es leider nicht zuordnen.

gibt es hierzu schon eine L?sung. Stehe leider vor dem selbigen Problem und sehe ebenfalls kein Muster.
Bei manchen geht die Paypal Bezahlung ohne Probleme, bei anderen tritt der Fehler auf.
