  • I also forgot to include..I get emails from the software about orders- regardless of whether or not they were completed- and it doesn’t say “Order completed” or “Order abandoned.” It just sends you the order. This can be very confusing to team members who have will then have to log in and manually check the site to see if payment was received.

    I had to create an account to share my frustrations with the web about this software. I bought it over a year ago, the developer has promised to have live shipping for USPS, Fedex, UPS done by March 2011. Still no live shipping after a year. Shipping is fundamental if you’re running a business selling physical goods, and can vary greatly.

    It promises to work “right out of the box.” I find myself having to constantly search and tweak things such as colors

    “# of items in cart” on certain pages and a notification saying “You’ve already downloaded this item” for digital downloads are displayed as white on white. Why in the hell would a designer make certain things appear white on white?

    Some headings are a light grey against a white, and I’ve searched all up and down the style sheets to find it.

    Product pages will stretch images unless you provide the full file path to the image. Lots of the sub themes are buggy. Tons of file permission errors, path issues. Some pages get 404 errors because the software isn’t set up to adjust if you installed wordpress somewhere other than the root directory.

    Its just been a constant headache. It shouldn’t take hours to try and figure out how to fix things that shouldn’t need fixing in the first place. If anyone knows of a better software please tell me
