Same thing with me, even the submenus do not even appear on both Desktop and mobile versions of the theme
I thought it was my fault, but then I discovered that even their preview with the latest theme version also has this issue

The add plugins page in the new WordPress 4.0, but even without logging in, I cannot see the link for the newest plugins via WP.org

Fixed, it was an old plugin related to autolinking that was making this issue

Yes, sorry if you saw the post using another spoiler plugin, i was just testing if this issue is related to the theme, I have reverted it back to the Fancy Spoiler one

OK, so I had to replace the publicize.php from 2.9 with the one from 2.8, and this fixed my problem.

Edit: fixed with copying the whole MCE css into the editing or adding new posts pages own css, but still..

What?! I am telling you that it was in its original form when I was in WP 3.4.2, I didn’t need a external or additional CSS coding to make it look fine, the author of the plugin need to fix this problem.
