on out Non-AMP site we implemented our own cookie layer which gives all users relevant information as well as a link they can click if they want to opt out of being tracked. However, as long as they have not actively opted out but either ignored the layer or clicked “ok” they are tracked and get to see all of the page they are on. This is what we need for the AMP sites as well. For users to be tracked as long as they don’t actively opt out via our data protection site and for them to be able to see the whole AMP page including pictures (which were previously not shown until you clicked on “ok”)
