I stands and agree with you especially when it comes to basic functionality that people expect by default it exist. I think they are focusing on improving only CRM where the core modules being left behind.
@wedevs , I am sure you have your good technical team, but I believe you are lacking a business inputs that you need to collect and start urgently working on them.
