Recently we updated the plugin shortcode. Previously, when user delete a table, shortcode ID number auto rearranged for other tables. As a result users also need to modify the shortcode ID they were using in a page. Many users has complained about this. Thats why we updated the shortcode system and now shortcode ID will not changed on deleting a table. After updating to the new version, you just need to click on Regenerate Shortcode button to get the IDs for all shortocode.

IftekharThere is a lack of space because of writing a big sentence. You have to enter a shorter word or sentence there like, per month or year. In the pro version there is an option to enter price description below prices. Here in free version, you can use feature section to write Full Price Value of 13,600 THB

Thanks for giving me the access in your WP admin. I have fixed few CSS issues in your pricing table. Now check and let me know is there anything else you need to fix for the pricing table.

Sorry for the late reply. I have checked your pricing table. Your theme CSS is conflicting with plugin CSS. You have to edit CSS to overcome those issues. If you don’t know how to edit CSS, you can ask for help from a developer. I can help you but for that you have to give me access in your WP admin.

Open ticker-shortcode.php file in an editor. Search for the below code:
<a href="<?php the_permalink()?>" title="<?php the_title(); ?>" target="_blank">You will find it at line number 72. Remove target=”_blank” from the above code.

The problem is, you have paste the shortcode in wrong place. You have to paste the shortcode in between <body> section, not in <head> section. Correct it, your ticker will run properly.
