Hi, Dan…

Running v1.4.4 on WP v4.3.1, and I’m having the same problem. Nothings shows up at all, whether I use the widget or shortcode in a text widget.

I have tried regenerating and re-entering all 4 codes and forcing an update, but still nothing shows.

I have also followed your steps above for the dt-display.php, but no change.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Topic resolved.

Solved. The conflict was being caused by a smooth page transition option in the Enfold theme settings. Upon disabling it, all is working as it should.

Okay…got rid of the conflict error, but the archive links still aren’t behaving correctly. Now they expand and contract as they should, but if I click on a year or month, it goes to that archive instead of staying on the same page as it expands. (I have selected the proper setting in the widget “expands list,” not “Links to archive.”)

Any ideas what the conflict would be now? It’s not throwing any errors in the console.

Bump this help request, as I submitted it two weeks ago.

Is there a way of resolving this problem, which seems like a jQuery conflict with the them? I’d appreciate any help you could provide.

I should add…It works fine with Twenty-Fifteen, so it’s obviously a theme conflict.

Gotcha…So sorry to waste your time. Honestly, it’s a little confusing that when the plugin is installed, the Settings page opens to the Basic Settings tab. I figured since this was the Cloud version (and I didn’t see any mention of a paid service in the details before I downloaded the plugin) that there wasn’t anything else to configure.

I started this topic, and yet I’ve gotten no answer to my question nor assistance. Can you confirm if the plugin works with the newest version of WordPress? When I tried the plugin, it did nothing.

@samiyoyo: On one of the threads I posted above, someone recommended the plugin
Configure SMTP. I know that there is a box on there to check for Gmail, so you might be able to use that and enter your Gmail SMTP settings to ensure delivery.
