If so, could you temporarily disable them while trying to connect to the services in an incognito browser , done also but same result with message error you have no access to

I try this setting :

Trigger [custom event] => gtm4wp.reading.pagebottom (all events)
Tag [GA}
Event as Category => ScrollPage : {{Page URL}}

Label => Duration {{timeToScroll}}
