Thanks for reaching out to us. There is no way to show the fees, But for the PayPal express the surcharge fees are consider as a TAX or VAT. As you can see the article: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/#section-17

If you don’t want to add it as a Tax, you can add the fees to the product price directly. You can buy a paid support also if you want us to do this for you.
