I should clarify that the automated taxes are not showing on the Cart page.

In settings, it shows “Display prices during cart and checkout” is set to “Exclude Tax”. But it should be “Include Tax” because we want the customer to see it on the cart page and in checkout. But for some reason I cannot edit it. The text is greyed out. I turned off automated taxes and was able to switch it back to INCLUDE TAX. But when I turned automated taxes back on, it switched back to EXCLUDE TAX.

So the bottom line is that the taxes are not showing up on the cart or checkout page, and that’s a major problem.

I’m having the exact same issue. Can you check?

I am not using MU.

I am using the standard wordpress theme Twenty Eleven 1.3

There are only a few other plugins for the site. I turned off all plugins except the Calendar, and the problem was still there.

This problem began when I upgraded to WordPress 3.3.

At this point I don’t have a solution to the problem and the plugin is unusable because I cannot add an new event.

I am having the same problem.

loywpuser said he resolved the problem by changing a file permission, but provided no other details.

I have tried to add an event using a Macintosh and two different PCs. In all three cases, the ADD button was greyed out and I was unable to add any information to the calendar.

Please let me know if there is a solution to this.

I am having a very similar problem. I have installed the new version 2.1.2. The home page comes up okay, but non of the individual articles are visible. Here’s the extact error if you try to find any single article:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

I finally figured out the problem. The names of the tables are set in the config.php file. The default naming convention if for the categories to be named “wp_1something…”, but the tables that I had imported had the name “wp1_1something”, and so the wp installation was not actually implementing the categories that were there.

Case closed.

I tried to import the entire SQL file into a brand new db… but got the following error:

Most of the db appears to have been imported – BUT – the new version of WordPress does not “recognize” the data, and I don’t see the categories, posts, comments or anything else through the WP interface.

I tried to load my SQL file into a new database. I used https://www.ozerov. de/bigdump.php BigDump for the import, and it appears to have worked okay – except that WordPress does not ‘see’ the data in the database that it is supposedly using. Help!

I have tried to use the wp-admin/upgrade.php file – and it appears to “work”, and yet my original blog is still MIA.

I am still baffled by this one… any help would be great. I have other instances of WordPress 2.1.1 running on this same server, so I know the database and php are up to date. The problem is something to do with the transition between v 2.0.1 and 2.1.1.
