Unfortunately even with the url ?cmplz_safe_mode=1 at the end the problem persists, what can I do?

Maybe it’s complianz overriding some functions or the css and that doesn’t make the text appear anymore.
We made several attempts but nothing, I can’t understand where the error comes from, only thing if I disable the Complianz plugin, it works.

I tried to insert what you told me in the specific page /underwater/?cmplz_safe_mode but unlike other debugging nothing happens, the text still doesn’t appear, could you be more specific?
How do we get you to take a look without posting the site link for privacy reasons?
What can I do to prevent the css from being overwritten by complianz?

Thank you for answering! Example attached, as you can see in the second example with complianz disabled you can see the text.
I don’t understand where the error comes from, before everything worked ,now with version 6.5.2 image hotspot doen’t show me the text anymore

What i can do by myself to solve this ?
Where i have to add “?cmplz_safe_mode” on wp-config?

I Can’t post a screenshot here but yes cookie policy is setted generated by Complianz under >wizard>documents.

For this reason for me is strange that from Italian when I switch to English it function, instead when I try from Italian to French, it shows me only English version.
Which is the correct procedure to translate all the cookies page by Complianz ?
I already did the wizard again.

I know that wpml show only the titles and I completed the translation and clicked finish but however when i go on that page the french doesn’t function.
I’m going nuts because i don’t understand when the problem came from.

Also the banner isn’t in the correct language, for traduce the banner i haveto use string translation ?

@aahulsebos I'm using divi builder, sync is enabled, but however it translates me just the title. The content of cookie policy is generated from Complianz.

I also Updated the translations.
The basic language is in Italian then you can switch it in English and in French
How can I get the cookie policy translation generated automatically without using string translations?

@leonwimmenhoeve If I use that shortcode it just tells to me that:
"The following region: EU, is not activated by cookie-policy."
And I don't want that. I want that like in English the translation for the cookies in French will be automatic generated from cookie database

That shortcode doesn’t work for me, if I put that, all the content disappear, instead the other one function correctly:

the site is in Italian, I traduced it in English and now I’m trying to traduce it in French, but only cookie policy get my crazy because I only see the title from the page, and I don’t want to use string translations
