Hi Craig – yes, it was the text widget, and I copied the shortcode, so no typos in it. It was activated and not working.

I purchased the InstaLink plugin from CodeCanyon instead and it’s working fine.

We’re only hearing about this error with one user, and she’s tried multiple browsers.

I appreciate the code modification suggestion, but don’t want to do anything that would compromise our site’s security.

What do you suggest?
