I’m no developer and would love if you’d want Sell Media to be multi-language compatible.
At my current knowledge “Using add filter function” and the provided Codex page is nothing I can handle. I’d need more input on how to accomplish that…

If I hardcode the translations of these terms, a plugin update would delete these and I’d be stuck with current version.

I really would like to use Sell Media for my photography…if you’d want to work on this topic, I’d like to help you and made a list of terms that need a translation in order to work in other languages.

Looking for the right shortcode for google maps

I would like to show a specific location on the contact page and would like to use a shortcode for this.

When I enter

[location post_id="329"]

into page it shows too much information.

It shows a map of a location as expected, but it shows “Upcoming events:” and on the left side location’s address as well.
How to exclude “Upcoming Events” and how to avoid showing the address of shown location and let the map go full width when using that shortcode?

Some parts are not being translated even when integrating the sell_media-de_DE.mo file, please see Screenshot and Screenshot 2. It doesn’t seem to be translatable…even though Loco Translate shows Sell Media to be translated 100% Screenshot

That helped, but there are translation hick ups.
I’m testing a website to sell photos, and trying to offer visitors two languages to choose from when visiting the site. I use plugin Polylang for that.

In admin area there are texts that i can translate into one language or leave them in english. How would the website know when to send “Your purchase” email in german or english?

Are there plans to make it work with translations?
One thing with Polylang seems to be, that every photo has to be doubled when running the site in two languages, but I’m not sure about it yet….

The problem is different. Events Manager does not come with WP Google Maps. My misunderstanding. Thge problem is: I casnnot install “WP Google Maps” as being already installed, but i did not intall it and it is not listed in installed plugins, but it’s in the plugins directory while checking with ftp. Don’t know where it came from…

It says german is supported by 100%, but it doesn’t show up in german on a german WordPress install. Could you please check why that file sell_media-de_DE.mo is missing in Sell Media?

ok, thank you for your answer. Is it enough to delete slashadmin_options to reopen what I restricted with Slash Admin or does it stay closed? It seems that it does…
