I’m having issues too. Sucuri keeps timing out on the dashboard and is making it impossible to work.

I’m having the same problem as howardpw. There were over 21 thousand transient entries in the options database. Right now I’m using another plugin to get rid of them, but that’s obviously not optimal. Do you have any ideas on why the transients weren’t deleted on their own? Is there a setting I should check or a function I should add?

OK, this is really embarrassing. It’s working fine today. I suspect the problem was my system. I use Chrome with Kaspersky anti-virus. I’ve seen some really weird behavior with this set up. And I’m adding this situation to the list.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I’ve tried the method you describe. That’s what I meant when I said I tried removing the slides via the plugin control panel. When I click on “remove selected” nothing happens.

FYI, I’ve discovered that I have the problem on the prior version of the software as well. I tried deactivating all the other plugins. No change. I then tried switching to a WordPress default theme. No change.

I tried to remove slides by going to the individual pages and removing them there. I also tried removing them from the plugin control panel. No joy.

I have a temporary workaround by moving the unwanted slides to the end of the chain. Then I exclude them by setting the number of slides in the slideshow to be less than the number of slides. For example I have 4 wanted slides and 3 unwanted slides. I put the unwanted ones at the end and set the slideshow to have 4 slides. It’s a pain, but it works.

I’d love a long-term solution. Any ideas about this?

I just found the problem. It was NOT the plugin. It’s a long and complicated story. In short I was writing to one database, but pulling website results from an older version of that same table in a different database.

The problem that we’re having is that limit logins doesn’t automatically prevent offending IPs from seeing the site. It would be great if the locked out IPs would see a 403 page instead of just being prevented from logging into the site.

I’m having the same problem. I’m using the Weaver II Pro theme and WordPress 4.0. The Page Builder interface is no longer visible. I’ve tried unchecking and rechecking the pagebuilder box and have had no success.

Is there any update on when 3.7.1 is coming out? We were originally told it would come out over the weekend. I know there’s not a firm schedule, but this is a serious problem for some WordPress users.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve had to replace the plugin, but for what it’s worth I was using the latest version of the Graphene theme.

The support team from WPTouch contacted me and all is well.

It’s OK now. I wanted to say something though just in case others were having the issue. I’ve never had a plugin update fail like this. And it happened on two different sites. The plugin script said the plugin was updated and reactivated, but something was wrong. I had to delete the plugin file and reinstall. Then it worked like a charm.
