Do I reupload the whole wp-admin folder and wp-includes folder and everything else on the main page except the wp-content folder? Will my images and blog be deleted? My photos and content? Sorry if I’m not making sense. I’m not familiar so much with this kind of stuff.

Last night I got my site up and at least the pictures were online and now there is nothing.. https://momentsbymichelle.com/blog . Is there someone I can call to help on the phone? That is frustrating that there is no phone help.

I have the backups files that they emailed me every week. And I tried to backup the files to my computer last night, but it was after everything got messed up. What can you do with the files that are emailed to you saying they are backups of your blog?
