Think I found it. I submitted an idea, and approved it – just like a regular post.
However, it was not associated with a Board.

To solve it: Gotta create a board, first, then submit an idea. Then the custom post type gets associated with the board, and it can be published. At least, I think that’s the issue.

Fair enough. Understand completely. Have not tried in non-MU environment, but will, and see if the issue is resolved. Also have a bunch of plugins around roles and whatnot so there could be a conflict.

Yup. Same problem here. I’m on a subdomain of multisite install. Only one subdomain enabled. Can see the idea title, but no ideas on the page.

And while I can totally understand you want someone to buy the plugin in advance of providing support, it also is a catch-22 because no one wants to buy perceptibly buggy code, either. If one or two people are experiencing the issue, then probably there are many more just not bothering to comment.
