Yeah I don’t think this is an Imagify issue. I get the same error on a website without Imagify installed. And it seems to work fine on the basic core 2024 theme.

Same here. Disabling the display WebP option through the settings fixes the issue but also removes the webp image format. Hope there’s a fix soon.

Ah, wow! That worked! It was the Embed Press plugin. I’m now seeing ~2s load times on the home page after disabling this plugin and purging the cache.
