Hi this is wink, of “wink debug crap”, I am unclear as to how that plugin has come to be installed on your system, but please uninstall it. It is a plugin I sometimes use for debugging issues at WPEngine, it should definitely not be running in a non-debug situation. Are you currently hosting at WPEngine?

To activate the user check the box next to the user and select “Activate User” from the bulk actions dropdown list.

@tllitherland … Hi you should see an “inactive users” link in your user management screen. That is where you moderate the users. Are you not seeing this screen at all?

Yes it does allow multiple fields but all the form is doing is inserting the shortcode … so it has no way of no way of knowing what fields you inserted the first time. So you essentially have to start over every time you click the popup icon.

However, you can just add them manually to the shortcode [register fields="first_name,last_name"]

Ok, most of the errors are inconsequential, but I’m fixing them any way. Can you clarify where you are seeing the 500 error? And have you deactivated all your other plugins besides these two?

So that’s not such a good idea. If you’re using FB Connect you can auto login since it’s safe to assume the user is valid. However, without that there’s currently know way to auto-login … though I’m open to adding it, despite the fact I think it’s a bad idea.

@swingarody in theory you could just include the folder in the theme and then include the simplr_reg_page.php in your functions.php … but you’ll want to wrap it in

if( !function_exists('sreg_basic') ) {
   include_once(__DIR__.'/simplr-registration-form/simplr_reg_page.php');
}

Also, I can’t promise all of the functionality will work from that location since I haven’t tested.

Hi the custom fields you create will save the wp_usermeta table NOT the wp_users table. You should see them on the user profile pages and you can call them in your template using get_user_meta($user_id, "fieldname",true);

Can you take a screenshot of the “empty” error box. There should be a message there.

Have you tried again since the new version was released?
