FYI, this plugin must be updated so that the coauthor key is “coauthor” instead of “_coauthor”. Underscores denote hidden fields and creates problems using get_post_meta and add_post_meta functions.

Absolutely, and no offense taken, as I get more familiar with the code I’m sure I’ll get a feeling for the organization.

And yes, organization is important so I’d rather adapt to your organization structure to start and then suggest changes only when something isn’t working.

Ego free coding is the best route to a successful project.

Well, I’m a bit of a github newb as well, but I think there’s a “cherry-pick” approach

You should aslo be able to do

git reset –hard COMMITNUMBER (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4114095/git-revert-to-previous-commit-how)

But that’s going to undo any changes you’ve made. Let me know if you figure it out. I can always re-clone the master and re-submit the pull request. But I guess we should figure out the work flow since this is a project likely to attract even more contributors.

So I just tested on my multisite install and there doesn’t seem to be a problem. This plugin should NOT be used to register new site, us the default wp-signup for that. But it doesn’t sound like that’s what you’re doing. I’m happy to take a look if you want to set me up with temporary access to your wp install. Email me at [email protected].

Hi, I’m looking into this. In the meantime can you be more specific about your setup? I assume you have multi-site enabled, but are the registration forms on the sub-sites or the primary site?
