Just to add two sense, regarding pricing. As long time user of Rich Reviews, get the reason for premier user and have tons of paid plugins.
The problem, you have is way over valued your asset. There plugin way more important to a website like SEO, Caching, etc that are all almost half your yearly ask. No to count the countless other review options on the market, for those reasons we will part ways and recommend any other WP users to compare and do the same! This is price gouging!!!

FYI – We have two websites using your plugin, to different themes with different plugins and different URLs, this is the same problem on both sites.

@jnashhawkins we are well beyond the basic permissions. As I wrote before, the image(s) do upload to file folder in perfect form. You can use the url and they look great.

Again, the problem is it gets up to 100% upload and goes into “crunching” mode then gets stuck!!!!

Our sites are ALWAYS up to date and the Health Check plugin very basic and did nothing for us.

Guys @jnashhawkins @chartsandtrends, thanks for the response. It’s definitely not a permissions issue.

On upload, WordPress gets hung up in “crunching” mode, does not create a thumbnail but does upload image to the right folder. If was permissions problem, it would not upload to the folder.

If you go to https://bassonline.com/newsletters/ put email in, then go back and try to unsubscribe. Once you click the unsubscribe button, it takes you to “To manage your subscription options please login”
The login link which is to /wp-login.php which we have changed, this is what we need to reconfigure.

Thank for the responds, and I appreciate you looking at the site. All of your points are elementary and common response to a slow wordpress site.

The 200 request are because the site is popular and needs function. Isn’t this why we use wordpress..for all the great features. That’s kinda my point, if wordpress won’t run with lots of features and plugins then why use it. Not saying I like it better, but we have Drupal sites with more on slower servers that work better???

The design and clutter is a preference and necessity, if you had a large site with tons of content you would know this.

We wordpress, it still comes down to executing css, php and javascript….and yes, this is why we have posted and looking for a professional not just someone that quotes the common practices everyone repeats about wordpress and wants to sell websites.

That was a feature in “All in one SEO” plug-in, which I did remove.
Still no changes..

Any other ideas?

Akismet is running and check as good status. Have continued to mark the post as spam, but has not stopped.

Found the settings under discussion and listed the IP, lets see if this works!
