Hi,
I have checked with latest version of Addons for Visual Composer (WPBakery Page Builder Extensions).

there is no problem. look’s like there is some problem with other plugin which conflict Addons for Visual Composer (WPBakery Page Builder Extensions),

solution:
Deactivate your other plugin one by one then check every time if your problem being solve.

If not please activate your WordPress default theme then check once if problem being solve.

If i understand that you want only image without Text?
If yes then don’t put any Title or Description in hover settings.
the it will show only image when you hover.

Tested a clean install of the latest plugin version on a couple of instances without issues. Can you please check which version of PHP is installed on your server? You can check that from your cPanel directly. Alternatively, there are free plugins you can install that can tell you which version of PHP you have.

There is no chance to happens this. I have just checked and its installed.
Can you please check once your wordpress plugin directory is there a folder named “js_composer”, If you installed visual composer you have nust a folder in wordpress root directory wp-content/plugins directory
Let me know what you see if your wp-content/plugins

Can you please Tell your Hosting Company to Upgrade your PHP version to php7 or up.

May be you did something wrong. There is no reason for this to happen with RD Hover Effects. Can you Put Exactly Right Plugin Folder In wp-content->plugin directory?

Please check this again. If or install plugin directly with your wordpress admin plugin directory

click plugins menu->Add New
Then search the plugin in right side search bar
RD Hover effects just install it.
Let me know if your problem is resolved.
