Minha dúvida é por que tenho alguns pedidos “ghost” que est?o em PAGAMENTO PENDENTE ou AGUARDANDO. Alguns há mais de 30 dias.

Posso assumir que pedidos com mais de 10 dias (prazo máximo, de acordo com o prazo de pagamento do boleto) deveriam ter recebido um post de CANCELADO e n?o receberam?

In the past, I’ve configured the same site with MM enabled and it worked. But, makes sense once every page request to the site will respond a MM message do PagSeguro.

I’ll try and post an update.

Thanks, Claudio. I’ve tried a lot of purchases paying with Credit Card, Boleto or even PagSeguro Balance. None of them worked.

Also, my stock is not decreased. The inventory stuff (mantain for xx minutes) is already addressed with a NULL value.

Also, no notes are created on orders.

I’ve reviewed every configuration step, read all FAQ … I’m running out of ideas.

I’m facing exactly the same issue. Log content is Dion’s identical.

Payment is approved, customer is redirected back, but all orders remain as “pendente”.

My configuration is according to guide (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-pagseguro/installation/ -> Just API and token setup, disabled everything else).

I’m running WP 3.9.1, PagSeguro Plugin 2.3.0 and WooCommerce 2.1.9 (the same issue occurred with previous WooCommerce, PagSeguro and WordPress versions).

Can you help me?

I tried both: switch do default theme and re-upload wp-admin and wp-includes. No sucess, same error:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object DOMWindow] has no method ‘send_to_editor’

Also, I tried (after enable the plugin, of course), use NextGen to insert an image and the same error occurs.

What can I try now?
