hummmm, if you consider $299 + fees to be free, that would be your first problem. second problem, your recent response are the most words i have had in response to an issue ever. and third i suggest taking a customer service course, your RUDE response is a perfect example of the LACK of customer support you offer. the correct response would have been “sorry to hear that, is there something I can help you with.” or perhaps “what issue can i help you with please contact me directly at {blank} to discuss.” however, it is clear your FREE ($299) plugin is just to take advantage of idiots like myself until we wake up and realize we have been hosed! good luck…next stop rip off report!
