I’ve been having the same problem for about 6 weeks–very frustrating. Only way I’ve gotten around it is to add/edit/delete posts directly in the database–not very user friendly, but I haven’t had time to switch to a different plugin (others on this forum have suggested alternatives…). What’s strange is that my local development environment does not exhibit this symptom, nor does my self-hosted staging environment. It only has the problem on the *live production* site. I’m sure there are subtle differences between my stage and production, but I haven’t been able to track down what difference makes the difference.
