In reply to: Front page for child themeDear Michael … my apology for not contacting you earlier. I decided to go the easy way, after disabling all plugins to no avail; I got rid of front-page.php and page.php. Maybe I’ll re-visit this in the future. Thanks, and the best to you anyway.

I apologize if I’m imposing but, I would like to ask you for additional help with the code you provided me above. If you are agreeable, pleazse advise if I can do it here or if you prefer I do it in a new post. Like before, your guidance is appreciated. Thanks!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] CSS to Style LabelsI placed your code in the child and parent css, tested it and removed it when nothing happened. Though about placing it on the CSS Editor but didn’t because, even if it worked, wouldn’t provide for a multisite environment.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] CSS to Style LabelsI did and it doesn’t work. I edited the css at “plugins/jetpack/modules/theme-tools/compat/twentysixteen.css” and that works. My concern is what happens when there’s an upgrade. Hope you can still help.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] CSS to Style LabelsThe code that is overriding all css changes is located at “plugins/jetpack/modules/theme-tools/compat/twentysixteen.css”.
/** * Shortcodes */ /* Contact Form */ .entry-content .contact-form label { color: inherit; display: block; font-family: Montserrat, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-size: 0.8125rem; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0.076923077em; line-height: 1.6153846154; margin-bottom: 0.5384615385em; text-transform: uppercase; }

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] CSS to Style LabelsThis doesn’t work either:

Using the following in my child theme’s style.css doesn’t change anything. My blog is here. Thanks!
/* Contact Form Label */ .contact-form label { font-size: 2em !important; }

In reply to: [Easy Google Fonts] Font SizeDear Sunny:
Like your plugin, the code above worked like a charm. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me. Yours is one of the few plugins that I have felt I have to donate to. As soon as my social security check come in, I’ll do so. In the mean time, the best to you and yours, and thanks, again!
