In reply to: links show in blog, but disappear when viewed in archiveok, sorry.. I take back what I said. I had found the_excerpt yesterday and thought that might be it, but I just realized my issue is something else. The links appear in the posts, but they no NOT appear in the previews. is there a way to enable links in post previews?

In reply to: Posts – in reverse orderActually, there is a plugin out there that I tried to use to exclude some posts, and one of the side effects is that it reverses your post order for some reason. That’s not what I wanted it to do (or the author, either, I don’t think), but it sounds like it is what you want it to do.

In reply to: extra code showing up in my postsI am using Simply Exclude – https://www.codehooligans.com/2008/04/27/simply-exclude-plugin/ but I have been installing and uninstalling different post ordering plugins to find the right one and one of them must have screwed up the index.php page. What should I look for in the index.php to fix this?

In reply to: extra code showing up in my postsThat’s what it was! Now I got a new problem- the blog on the front page is displaying the blogs in reverse order by date, with what I posted a month ago showing on top. Is there a setting for this order?
