Thank you very much for getting back to me. It is greatly appreciated. I’m using GoDaddys managed wordpress offering, and there doesn’t seem to be an explicit cache plugin installed. These are the installed plugins:

Akismet Anti-Spam, All In One WP Security, All-in-One WP Migration, Clear Cache For Me(Wuhu!), CoBlocks, Contact Form 7, Custom API for WP, Formidable Forms, Formidable Forms Pro, Formidable Visual Views,Paid Member Subscriptions, Sucuri Security – Auditing, Malware Scanner and Hardening, Title Remover and WooCommerce.

The must use plugins are aios-firewall-loader.php, object-cache.php and System Plugin.

Do I need a caching plugin for for “clear cache for me” to work? I just retested, clicking the button works, saving forms doesn’t clear cache.
