hello – just to add to this thread.

i saw this option but this happened to me after i edited a pop up.

i had it selected to not be fixed. it saves it fine – but if i go in to edit a pop up it always reverts back to the original state. i have to make sure i select this option every time i make an edit.

not too much of an issue but would be good to resolve.

hello – just installed the plugin – using Avada theme and having the same issue.

first testimonial shows, slides off, but no other testimonial replaces it.

test site here Richard – so if you would like access you are more than welcome to play around in there to help debug.

thanks for your reply. unfortunately i prefer to keep the fields hidden as i am trying to keep the form as slim as possible and much prefer the cleaner look. ideally the three fields on one line will really compact the form, but i have been unsuccessful in achieving this. do you have any custom css suggestions?

that’s actually really useful – however for some reason when i add ‘field-third’ in additional classes it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

i installed this on a new site today and it is not working at all – ie i cannot even drag any of my items.

having the same problem with my site. worked some time ago – but just had a report that it doesnt anymore.

click submit and all i get is a spinning icon and nothing else. not even the required fields are working.

actually i just checked again and it seems the security plugin Acunetix caused the form to stop working. i have deactivated this plugin but would be nice if it worked with security features.

I know you mention that the site needs to be accessible to the public. maybe if the generator is picking up many errors it is worth displaying this as a large heading on the test page? just so idiots like me can see it clearly ??

hello – sorry for the false alarm.

I was so used to loggin into the site automatically I neglected to notice it was in maintenance mode – therefore not accessible to the public. hence the errors I was getting.

the site is now live and I am pleased to inform you the plugin works perfectly.

hello – apologies for not updating you.

i did end up doing the install automatically.

however i still receive many errors when running the favicon checker – but it seems to be working for all of the devices i have – so i am not sure what is wrong or what i should try next.

there are too many errors to list here but mostly from windows, android and desktop.
