Hi @myselfmani,
The only way to import donor data is to do it through the import donations feature: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/tools/import/import-donations/. Please note that for donations to import you need the following minimum information:
First Name
Email Address
Donation Amount
Form NameCustom fields can be imported “As meta” but all data is mapped to the donation record, not the donor record so keep that in mind. We currently don’t have a wy to map imported data to the donor profile other than their name and email.
Let me know about the above. I’m here to answer any additional questions or provide further assistance. Have a good day!
Hi @abuzarcs50,
We created this snippet to allow users to rearrange the order they wanted the fields: https://github.com/impress-org/givewp-snippet-library/blob/master/form-customizations/customize-fieldset-order.php
Although we do have this snippet in our library, we discourage people from using it and prefer that they use the CSS order property to reorder things (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/order).
That WARNING at the top is super important. Historically it “works” until you add Fee Recovery or do anything else with your fields. It really can cause breakage easily. If reordering fields on your site is a must, then we encourage you to use CSS instead.
We’re also planning to introduce custom templates that way developers can customize the layout of the form in a more granular way.
You can read more about that here: https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/third-party-templatesHi @bakari45,
Glad you reached out.
I tested a Stripe payment without any issues with this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-event-solution/
Is that what you’re using?

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Give WP fatal errorHi @produzionefff,
Can you install GiveWP if you activate a different theme first?
We had several issues with the Alone theme in the past without any update from the theme developer so I’m almost sure the issue is with the theme itself.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Profile ImageHi @hindistack,
I checked the Nextend plugin and it adds the profile image to a custom meta key so it will not be possible for GiveWP to pull that image for the donor profile.
Again, the best way (and the only way at the moment) is to have the user to create an account on https://gravatar.com/, so they can add an image of themselves and it will display automatically on your site.

Glad you reached out.
I’m unable to reproduce the error. Can you delete GiveWP and try to reinstall it again?
By the way, is this a multi-site installation? Thanks!

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Profile ImageHi @hindistack,
I’m unable to reproduce this issue. Does the WP user has an associated profile image in their Gravatar.com account or was the image added in a different way in the backend?
Hi @nomy889,
Happy to clarify.
This is a known issue that was reported a few weeks ago.
https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/avatar-doesnt-display-on-donor-wallI’ve added this ticket to the internal commenting system so that you’ll be notified when there’s a fix. I don’t have a timeline for this at the moment.
Let me know if you have any further questions about this. Have a good day!

There are a few ways to add images to the donor profile.
1. By default, the profile image is pulled from the user’s Gravatar.com profile. If you want to add the images like you see in our demo, you need to ask your users to create an account on https://gravatar.com/, so they can add an image of themselves and it will display automatically on your site.
2. You can edit the profile image through the Donor Dashboard page: https://givewp.com/documentation/core/donor-dashboard/
You will need to log in as the user first.3. You may try with this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-user-avatars/
This will only work if the Donor profile is connected to a WordPress user profile on the site. Please let us know if you have further questions on this or need any additional assistance!
