Do you have the Query Monitor plugin installed? Does that give any information about the cause of the error? If you don’t have it installed, can you install the Query Monitor and see if it is giving any information about the cause of the error? I’m not able to duplicate a JSON error when upgrading any of our sites from the WordPress gallary.

Ypu ccan use any theme. It should look fine with any of them that let you create a full width page.

All tthe management pages are done on the admin site.

Looks like I missed a $ when accessing a variable. There’s an updated build being uploaded right now which fixed this (and another bug). You should see it shortly.

Can you install the plugin “Query Monitor” (it’s by John Blackbourn). Once you have that installed, try to add a client and/or project. You’ll then get a new menu at the top with the amount of time and size of the page showing. If you mouse over that there might be a database errors page. Click on that, and if you can send me what it says, I can figure out why it isn’t happy.

A new build just went out. You should be able to download it in a few minutes. This should correct the problem.

Those links don’t work when you use the short codes to put the time sheet screens on a normal webpage. Right now those links are relative. I’ll work on getting them fixed so that they point to the correct page.

I wwas getting the same error when I tested on my side. I’m assuming that’s the editor being weird. Try installing the classic editor plug-in and see if that let’s you save it. After you create the pages you can disable that plug in.

Wrong shortcode. You want either timesheet_entry or timesheet_search(that’s two square brackets before and after).

Do I have the wrong shortcode in the documentation?

Uploaded a new release that fixes the issues.

That’s really strange. I assume that the link from the normal settings menu works fine? (Settings > Email CoAuthor On Post)

I checked the plugin code, and those are both using the exact same link, and when I test it on our test and live systems the link works as expected. Could there be a redirection plugin that’s catching the URL request and trying to redirect you to another URL which isn’t valid?

Ah. I wonder if that’s because your WordPress install is in /wp/ not in /. I’ll take a look and see if I can figure out why it isn’t presenting the correct link.

That message just indicates that the plugin just needs to be configured using the settings page. Once the settings are changes that message will go away. (That error message is just looking at the name and subject that are set. As soon as one of those is changed the message should go away.)

I just tested the plugin on 6.3.1 and it’s working without issue (and I updated the tested on part, so that should show up correctly shortly).

What error message are you getting?
