As previously stated the “program” runs fine just can not get into the dashboard

I still cannot get to the dashboard after I log in
I have saved the programs onto my hard drive
If I restore the “file” from backup how can I move over recent updates to pages from the saved data to the bring the “ruuning” programs uptodate
