I was looking at adsenserush.com as opposed to adsenserush.net.

He’s still got all that content on there…bummer.

We’ll see how Google deals with him.

Thats a good suggestion. I should have done that from the start and will do it shortly.

I’ve switched off my RSS feed completely as I realize its not serving my purposes really.

Also………….it appears the person in question completely revamped his site last night and has removed all of my content from it. I have no idea what he’s doing as his site is supposed to be about adsense and instead had all sorts of Chicago news all over it. Weird.

Update: in the days since I posted in this forum, a www.ads-software.com member named “auconet” has copied every piece of content from my site, every article and picture, and published them without credit on his Made for Adsense site adsenserush.net

I have contacted a lawyer with my University as this was university work that was stolen. That means it was copyrighted material. I have also notified Google about the site’s sketchiness and theft and his Hosting company too. The host has filed a ticket with their abuse department and will investigate over the weekend.

So, yeah. Auconet, you need to contact me or else I’ll make sure you’re booted from adsense, possibly your host, and you’ll be served with a lawsuit.

2. I have notified Google’s Adsense abuse dept. of your web site’s copyright infringement and blatant made-for-adsense design. You should hear from them soon.

Don’t worry. I hear Yahoo has an ad program, too.

3. I have contacted your host, BlueHost and notified them that one of their sites is publishing other people’s work without credit or a link on his site. They have written it up and on Monday the abuse department at Blue Host will take a look.

4. The work you stole was written by journalism students at one of the best-known journalism schools in the country. This was a bad move on your part. We have several media lawyers who teach our courses. I have contacted one and we will begin legal action immediately unless you remove all the stolen content from your web site.

hey guys, any tips here? My site just got taken down by my hosting people because of this I think. Crap. I’m getting a little nervous…

I’ve just finished a full re-design of the site’s front page based on some of my favorite sleek-style sites out there. I noticed from google analytics that almost none of my visitors are 800×600 so I’ve made the site wider. Also I’ve tried for smoother adsense integration and have switched the main forums over to a more accomodating, matching style.

Comments? Feedback? I wanted something that looked less photoshoppy and more sophisticated…

the kiwi image plug in is pretty much exactly what I want. but there’s no install directions, no support that I can see and it doesn’t appear to work with WP 2.0. ??

Any others out there?
